Suggest Treatment For Irritation And Itching In The Ear

Question: My right ear is blocked from past 5 days and i feel little irritation and little itching.
I feel like there is some lump or mucus inside the ear. I am taking antibiotics and paracetamol from past 3 days , but no signs of respite.

Please help me out .

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having right ear ASOM (acute suppurative otitis media ).

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
use ear drop ciplox D 3 drops thrice daily ,
tab allegra at night &
continue antibiotic & paracetamol .

Keep ear dry , don’t allow water go inside while bath.

Don't itch inside ear , put ear drop if itching occurs .
