Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

i read your question and i understand your concern. irritation in penis after bowel movement in passing urine with history of constipation may be correlated as constipated stools irritates nearby viscera structures and urinary bladder may get irritated along with prostatic urethra and can present with such symptoms. However you should get a urine routine exam as well as prostate check as well to rule out any urological cause for that. Talk to a urologist , let them run some labs and assess your urodynamics and manage your symptoms accordingly.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Post voidal residual urine volume can be assessed by ultrasound and can pretty much tell about prostate size as well. But you will need some interventional studies along with prostate check to sort out the possibilities.

I hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
Yes

Cystoscopy is one of the invasive procedures you had . Prostate calcifications and prostatitis are basically the cause of all these symptoms and supportive care for that would help. Cystoscopy can not cause prostatitis if done by expert hands, rest its an invasive test, so slight discomfort can be expected. And yes as prostatic urethra pain radiates to penis so yes it can cause penis discomfort.

I hope it helps.
