Suggest Treatment For Irritation On Penis Tip After Circumcision

Question: HI
I AM 43 YRS OLD , FELLING SLIGHT IRRITATION ON LEFT SIDE HEAD OF THE PENIS, IT IS CIRCIMSIZED,,
I AM FEELING THIS AFTER GETTING naked body touch MASSaGE IN CHINA WITH A NAKED GIRL, BUT I WAS WEARING CONDOMS,. I HAVE TESTED NEGATIVE FOR HIV I AND II , NEGATIVE FOR HBSAG BYCMIA,

ALSO UNDERGONE PCR DNA TEST , WHICH WAS ALSO NEGATIVE. BUT THE STIGMA OF GUILTY FEELING MAKING ME TO THINK ON THAT PART ONLY,. ON OBSERVATION MY DERMATOLOGISTS SAID , NOTHING TO WORRY, ALL NORMAL, HE PRESCRIBED TEXIDEP0.25 , SAID NOTHING.
BUT WHY MY PENIS SOMETIMES GIVING ME SLIGHT BURNING SENSATION,?? IS IT BECAUSE OF LATEX CONDOMS (CHINA MADE), IS IT BALINITIS??

DOCTOR RULED OUT ANY STD,.

also have 3 internal piles,1 external piles which is in second degree stage , needs to operated later on, have irritation on anal region, docstor advised to take hot tub bath and presecribed flexon,.inflammation subsidised.

This inflammation in anus region will have direct pulling of penis head also??

penis just one side are have inflammation sometimes not always, while walking , jogging, while in gym no inflammation

while sitting on working desk, when i think of penis this slight inflammation starts.

NOW IT IS MORE THAN 30 DAYS , THAT STIGMA , NOT GOING OUT, WHAT SORT OF TREAMENT IS REQUIRED.

I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
With every thing ruled out , in my opinion , as you have rightly mentioned,stigma , is causing you more concern than anything else.
According to me,your doubt of latex allergy seems very close.
Though fungal infection also does that , having taken treatment for the same rules it out.
Now if we go for copy book treatment, only thing is irrigation (as your doctor has advised , hot tub bath)of penis.
Wear loose clothing.
Proper wash and local application of anti fungal gel.
Flexon will work on both inflammation.

Hello Doctor

well , can I apply antifungal gel on top of penis head, what is the name of the GEL??

when i put salt water on top of the head it cools down the irritation, and feels good,.

please advise whether I can use Fungal gel on top of the penis head,(.penis is circumsized)

or should I take any broad spectrum anitibiotics to cover other stds???

please advise

Yes it can be applied on penis tip.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
You can apply broad spectrum antibiotic and anti fungal combination cream.
Patients in my clinic respond to Miconazole and neomycin ointment very well.
you can apply it on tip of penis head.
Few literature also advice to add steroid in the ointment, to reduce inflammation,
But in long run that has side effects as well.
It can be add with above two ointments for few days to reduce symptoms.
Yes you can take one more pill of fluconazole.
You do not need antibiotics orally, for penis, but if needed for piles you can take that.
