Question : This area on the left side of my pubic area feels irritated . Below it is a large area between my scrotum and leg that looks like gooseflesh

It's looking like an allergic reaction.
I treat such cases with a mild topical steroid cream like cortisone.
Apply this twice daily for a week.
It is safe and effective and is usually available over the counter.
