Question : I have a skin irratation on my right palm. No pain or itch. It has gotten bigger in 3 months. Looks like dead dry skin.

Based on the image you uploaded , it appears to be an eczematous patch with superimposed sloughing of the skin. Emollients, topical antibiotics plus corticosteroid combination will help resolve the dried patch. Please consult a dermatologist in this regard.
