I dont have these on the scrotum or head of penis
Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction due to wart paint
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed an irritant reaction over the lesions of folliculitis due to application of the wart paint.
Now for the time being, you should apply a mild topical steroid cream like cortisone over the affected areas twice a day . Once the redness and irritation tends to settle down, which might settle in three to four days, then a reassessment of the underlying skin condition would be needed to find out the exact initial problem.
The initial problem could be either ingrown hair or a fungal infection. But right now the area has developed an allergic reaction due to the medicine which needs to be treated first.
Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
Treat the allergic reaction first
Detailed Answer:
It does not look like a std right now. But we cannot be very sure also , since the picture is not very clear. The redness and oozing that has developed due to the allergic reaction seems to have hidden the actual lesions.
Though in my view, I can see some traces of an underlying fungal infection as well are folliculitis .
But we can confirm this only once the allergic reaction clears after application of the steroid cream .

Detailed Answer:
Yes I have seen the pictures. But one of them is too hazy to make out anything.
In case you have a better picture of the initial skin condition, please upload them.

Brief Answer:
No signs of a std
Detailed Answer:
This picture is much better.
I do not see signs of any std. Infact the lesions are like those of folliculitis . Warts over the genitals are never red . They are skin colored and do not cause any itching or pain.
So you should really be worried about a std since it is very unlikely. The lesions of folliculitis would have healed simply with an antibiotic cream. You should not have applied a wart paint over them.

Brief Answer:
Lesions will heal with treatment
Detailed Answer:
You should start application of a topical steroid cream as told twice a day.
You need to apply it for three to four days only.
In case there are any persistent lesions later also , then you might need to apply a topical antibiotic cream, else you can stop application of any medicine.
You can follow up in case of any problems

Brief Answer:
On signs of std
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have seen the attached pictures .
You need not really be very worried about the skin condition.
I still do not see any signs of a std.
It seems more allergic in nature along with few lesions on folliculitis .
You can just follow the treatment as advised earlier.
I am sure you will get better with treatment .
