Question: Hi. I have a burning and itchy feeling in the tip of my penis. As you can see in the photo I am circumcised, the top of the head is irritated and their are lines running on the head that I have never had before. I have also developed a few grayish spots on one side of my penis. I have tested negative for all common STDs. Can you explain the condition?

Brief Answer:
Will need an expert examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i fully understand your concern.
The photograph sent by you is highly magnified, and the gray spots as you describe, are not seen on it.
Hope your STD tests included VDRL, HBsAg, and HIV.
Do an urine routine and culture test also.
You should get an expert examination of the penis, with the reports.
Avoid intercourse till the visit, and maintain good penile hygiene.
Wishing you good health.

Ok. I have tested negative for most common STDs. HIV, Herpes 1 & 2, Chlamydia, gonnereha, hepatitis, i had swabs, urine and bloodwork. However my penis iften burns and is inflamed. The dark soits have developed under the skin and have been there for a while. What else would explain the burning and ithiness in the head of my penis?

Brief Answer:
Get urine routine and culture test done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
As i mentioned earlier, you will need a local examination of the penis,
by an Urologist or Dermatologist.
The urine test reports should be taken with you, so we know, if there's any urinary infection, which can cause severe burning in the urine and urinary tube.
You must maintain drinking 10-12 glasses fluids daily.
Many find relief taking two glasses of lime juice daily, with citrosoda as syrup/tablets.
Wish you well.
