Suggest Treatment For Itchiness Under Armpits

Question: Hello there, couple of weeks ago my mother developed itchiness under her armpits, later it moved to ankles, lower abdomen and along the spine. Shortly after that she developed an all over body rash. She thought it might have been an allergic reaction to something however after she too anti-allergy medicine her arms got swollen from her wrists up to the armpits, now the swelling is spreading to her wrists too. She’s been taking antibiotics for 3 days now but swelling is still spreading .Could it be just an allergic reaction to something or does it sound like a deeper problem?
