Question : HI I am suffering with redness and cuts with sweat and unpleasant smell around my genital parts from the past three days. it is burning, ictching and very painful that i cant able to walk.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are most likely to have what is termed as Fournier's gangrene ,

This is severe anaerobic infection of the subcutaneous tissue of genital area and needs to be treated immediately.

I am not diabetic

this is started with itching few months ago. when i scratch there it cuts the skin two days ago and since then it becomes very severe problem.
