Question : I have a stinging, itching in my upper arm area. It is mainly on the inside of my arm. It becomes worse at night but is a constant itch, burning throughout the day as well. It is on both arms. Any suggestions? It is becoming very difficult to maintain my sanity. I have had it since mid-February. The slightest touch sets it off considerably. Help!!!!Is there a particular vertebrae associated with the inner upper arm?

You could apply topical OTC antifungal cream for example clotrimezole twice daily for 4-6weeks. Oral cetrizine 10 mg once daily.
Antifungal dusting powder can be used to prevent recurrence.
