Question: Hi I am suffering from burning sensation near my genitals(scrotum) and also dryness is there, i can see it. It is very itchy, please help me.

I went through the query and understood your concern.
The most common cause for dryness and severe itching at genital areas is fungal infection. You have already tried Clobetasol Propionate for it.
So if itching has not recovered then you may try clotrimazole with beclomethazone combination which is my preferred drug for my patients. You have to apply this for three times a day after cleaning and drying. Maintain the area clean and dry. Use only sun dried under garments. You can take tab. Loratidine for itching. These measures will help you.

so basically i need to apply two ointments clotrimazole with beclomethazone and take one tablet Loratidine.
am I understanding you correct?
secondly I live in gandhinagar XXXXXXX so if i dont get these medicines you have given me, is there any alternative mediines?
