Brief Answer:
Keep body moisturised, apply steroid and take antihistaminics

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
For eczema and itchiness on the back keep your body as moisturised as possible. Go for frequent and liberal use of moisturising creams containing white soft paraffin and liquid paraffin.
Besides this avoid hot water bath, avoid wearing synthetic clothes and don't use harsh soaps on the body.
In such cases I also recommend my patients to apply corticosteroid cream like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with oral antihistaminics like chlorpheniramine 4 mg twice daily.
For restless leg syndrome you have already mentioned you are taking levodopa and carbidopa. If you are not having much improvement with these drugs their are many new agents available for treating restless leg syndrome like gabapentine, pramipexole, ropinirole and oxycodone. You need to consult your doctor and discuss regarding starting any of these.
Continual chills can be due to any infection in the body. Are you having fever along with chills?

The chills are frequent throughout the day. pramipexole was prescribed for me, but did not seem to help. I might not have given it enough timeto work.

Brief Answer:
Take paracetamol and consult doctor

Detailed Answer:
Take Tablet PARACETAMOL 650mg after food for chills every 6 hourly if temperature is more than 100 degree Fahrenheit.
