Hi,

Thanks for the information.

Based on the symptoms you have, I believe its a trivial fungal infection. Apply Miconazole (ZOLE) ointment twice daily after thoroughly washing the penis and head with XXXXXXX warm water. This will solve the problem in not more than three days.
