Question : Hi doctor.. M suffering with itching near my leg ankle its some 7 inches height around leg.

Thanks for the query and photograph.
It's looking like a chronic inflammation probably secondary to fungal infection.
I treat such cases with a combination of a mild steroid and an antifungal cream.
You can try clotrimazole cream in morning and cortisone cream in night daily for two weeks.
These are safe and effective.
