Question : There are some infections around my neck region please suggest medication i have itching sensation and each spot is like bump as well attached some pics for the same

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query.

I would keep a possibility of Lichen simplex Chronicus (LsCh). This is due to chronic itching and scratching causing the skin to become dark and thick which in turn provokes the desire to scratch and thus becomes a cycle i.e itch scratch cycle.

I would suggest a topical potent steroid cream, twice daily for 2-4 weeks ( e.g Diplene cream or Tenovate cream).

An OTC antihistamine e.g cetrizine once daily in the evening and Tab. Allegra 120 mg once daily in the morning would provide him symptomatic relief from itching
