Question : My scrotum has been extremely and abnormally itchy for a while. Sometimes I can see that the skin is red and there are miniature bumps on it (I think the bumps are normal). Anyway, I have tried using antifungal creams and sprays for a long time and it has not subsided. I was wondering if I am doing the right thing.

How do people get epididymitis? I want to know for the future to prevent anything.
Brief Answer:
no specific reason
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
There is no specific reason for it. It occur as any other infection, respiratory for example or urinary. It is not serious condition, it is usually self limiting and would pass on its own but antibiotics will facilitate this process.
