Question : I was itching in my inner thigh because i was hot i think, and i came across this bump
Its soft and smooth and kind of flat, as in it sticks up but its wider one way than the other
Is it a wart? I havent noticed it before but i cant be sure it wasnt there
Maybe i irritated a skin tag with my scratching
What does it look like to you?

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like a wart.
I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist and get it removed.
