Suggest Treatment For Itching On Face And Head

Question : I am in good shape for my age at 75. But I have this itching, on my face and head. Sometimes I'll break in a blister like pimple on my neck and chest. The itching is very unconfortable in the morning and late afternoon.
I take Allegra allergy med. It seems to help for awhile. Do I see an Allergist?
