Question : I have itchy legs, ankles, feet from time to
time for no apparent reason. help!

Could be due to fungal infection

It is very hard to comment with so minimal details but frequently funtgal infections occur involving those regions and could present with itchiness. If that is the case, application of candid (clotrimazole) lotion topically should help. You may also take some antiallergic like cetirizine along once daily for a few days.
