Question : my arm has been itching for about a year now. it's the top of my arm and lotion makes it itch more and rubbing alcohol offers temporary relief. I also have a pin in my arm got it when I was 17 I am 42 now

I would insist you to upload an image of the affected area of your arm. Possibly you have a fungal infection. I need to ask what lotion you are using. I would insist you to take some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily and to apply some antifungal lotion like clotrimazole topically. I would wait for you to upload the image.
