Brief Answer:
Fungal infection; Oral and topical antifungal for 4 weeks

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

Probably you have a recurrence of fungal infection i.e Tines Cruris.

I suggest you to take a tablet of terbinafine 250mg (Tab. Zimig 250mg ) once daily for 4 weeks. Topically you may use a topical antifungal e.g Luliconazole 1% cream (Lulican cream, 30gms), twice daily for 4 weeks. In addition you may also take a tablet of Teczine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.

I would also suggest a few general measures to prevent recurrence...

Wear cotton undergarments. Bath twice daily. Let the groin area dry before wearing undergarments. Wash your clothes and undergarments daily in hot water. Dry clothes in sunlight for at least 2 hours. Wash you hands with an antiseptic liquid, frequently. Keep nails short.

Regards
