Brief Answer:
Photodermatitis and its management
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at Healthcaremagic
You seem to have developed a photodermatitis due to sun exposure.
To subside the reaction you need to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream or beclomethasone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take tablet Chlorpheniramine 4 mg twice daily.
Besides this apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on the entire neck and face 3-4 times in a day.
Also avoid sunexposure, avoid using soap on the face and neck area, instead use a soap free cleanser, avoid makeup and cosmetics, make use of umbrella, sunglasses and scarf whenever out in the sun.
