Question : For about the last three months I have had issues with my scalp on the back of my head. It itches a lot and gets a crust on it.

I have reviewed this information fully and your symptoms are probably caused by seborrheic dermatitis. A low dose steroid cream will help with this. I am not sure this is easily available over the counter but, your doctor should be able to provide a script for this.
