Question : I have a persisting mild itching sensation in my crotch on both sides of my testicles. There are no signs of a rash, and my primary care physician could not detect one either and had no idea of what might be causing this sensation. Might it be a concern?

Superficial fungal infections usually present with mild itch without any rash.
I treat such cases with a topical antifungal powder like clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for a month.
