Could be infection of Glans Penis (Ballantis)
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have rash over glans penis 6 months back after unprotected sex.
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did you ave a oral sex along with unprotected intercourse?
2) Did your female partner with whom you had unprotected sex had vaginal infection at that particular time of sex?
3) Have you done any blood tests to rule out STD?
It could be due to either infection of the glans penis or rash due to allergic reaction to vaginal secretions of your female partner.
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for a week.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
Use of topical steroid cream will help to resolve the rash.
