Question : Need openinon about my nephew

Hi Like to have opinion about my nephew , He got into in hot boiling water utensil almost 15 moth back when he was 2 year old , he was badly burnt & hardly to survivor we have visited couple of hospital in Delhi , now he has recovered well & going play school as well , but some time he is feeling itching & light pain . Even his burnt skin look like skin has divided in patches . Dr Suggested keep applying pure coconut oil even though he has not suggested any medicine & cream . Just want to know what is the suggestive treatment or is there any future complication ? I have the attached the images .

I have gone through the details and images.
There are healed skin lesion along with some hypertrophic scars.
I agree with your physician as no specific treatment is needed presently.
I won't get worried if there is no restriction in movement of knee joint or any other joints.
As the age of baby is very less,still there are chances that he will grow out of these scars as he grows.

I would suggest you to consult a plastic surgeon for expert opinion.
