Brief Answer:
Scrotal dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
Perhaps you have a scrotal dermatitis due to sweat, moisture and occlusion.
I suggest you to use an absorbant antifungal dusting powder e.g 1% clotrimazole dusting powder to keep the skin dry. You may also use a mild OTC topical steroid cream e.g cortisone cream, twice daily. In addition to this I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg tab once every evening for symptomatic relief from.
