Question : hi sir,
I am having itching problem near to my right buttocks for past 3 years.
Using ointment is resulting only for a temporary solution.Which one would be the best & permanent solution forever?

I understand your concern.

This could possibly be a fungal infection, considering the duration and resistance to Fourderm and Quadriderm.

The need for systemic oral antibiotic therapy is high in your case.
I can suggest you the same if you upload the images of the rash/itch area on the right buttock.This can help me visualise the status of the skin.

Based on the reports, I can formulate therapeutic protocol.

Possible fungal infection.Require Dual therapy.

Hello, Sir.

I understand your concern.

I have gone through uploaded images.

They possibly reflect moderately severe fungal infection.

For this, you need both topical and systemic therapy.

I generally prescribe my patients oral tablets of Terbinafine for 14 days and topical cream of Lotriderm to be applied twice a day for 2 weeks.Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe them to you.

This treatment will be quite effective in treating your skin issues.
