Suggest Treatment For Itching Sensation Throughout The Body

Question : My 3.5 year old son woke up crying yesterday at 3AM having itching sensation through out his body. I applied Suthol and itching subsided . However when we woke up next day we observed he had rashes all over his body. I have him Attarax 3 ml at around 12:30 in teh afternoon and around 30 mins later the rashes subsided. But at 7 pm again the rashes started appearing on his leg . Please suggest.

i am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern

He seems to have hives or urticaria.
I suggest you to continue atarax 4ml, thrice a day and also teczine syp 5ml once daily at night for a week.
Topically you may use soothing lotion e.g calamine lotion for rashes if and wgen they appear.
