Suggest Treatment For Itchy And Spreading Rash On Back

Question: It started with this rash about a week ago and it seems to be slowly spreading. Started on my back. Itches but is tolerable.

Thanks for the query and photographs.
It is appearing that you have scratched a lot.
This might be urticaria.
Take an anti histamine like cetrizine daily in night .
This will give you relief.
Also apply calamine lotion.

I take cetrizine daily already for allergies. Could this be some type of fungal jnfection.

It is not fungal infection, however there is chance of scabies.
Continue with cetrizine and try an application of permethrin.

Are there any over the counter medications for this. I really dont believe it is urticaria because of how it is spreading and not going away. Would scabies be the only other cause? Im a really clean person and dont understand where i could have gotten this.

I mentioned scabies because sometimes scabies can happen even in very clean person commonly known as scabies of clean.
It's just the contact which matter.
I still suggest you to go for an application of permethin.
If you don't get relief other meditation can be tried.
