Suggest Treatment For Itchy Blisters On The Forearms

Question : Small blister-like areas along with some itching, on forearm with lymphedema(history of several allergies, both skin and respiratory. What is this. There are also a couple on my other forearm with itching. Benadryl seems to relieve itching, but keep coming back occasionally this time of year.
