Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I would love to help but you have incidentally not mentioned what exactly the other children of yours do not have. It would really help if you could attach a photo of the affected areas helping me to evaluate better. Also mention how long it has been present.
I would await your response.
Regards

the itchy bumps
Brief Answer:
Seems to be allergic rashes.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back and for attaching the image. I have checked the attached image. It seems to be due to some allergic reaction. Giving some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily should provide relief. However, I am not sure if it is due to colour cast of the image or actual, the skin seems to be yellowish and hence an evaluation of the bilirubin level should be required in case you confirm the skin to look yellowish. Development of jaundice could also give rise to itchiness of skin.
I would recommend you to take him/her to a doctor and to get him/her evaluated. He would also be able to look into the possibilty of involvement of any viral infection.
