Brief Answer:
Ok
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Healthcaremagic.
The description of your symptoms and lesions looks like allergic contact dermatitis and not psoriasis.
This usually occurs in the exposed area of the body like face, hands.
The treatment of this would be in two steps one is to find and avoid the trigger or the allergen it could be anything in the food that you have or cosmetics or toiletries.
The second is the treatment of already existent rashes and itching. Hydrocortisone ointment will help the lesions . If the itching is very bad you could use anti histamine which has to be prescribed.
In case of any difficulty in breathing you need to go the emergency.
Hope this helps
Best wishes
