Question : On my testicals, i found that i have small black patches on skin. It looks like part of the skin. It is not bumpy. It not itchy or burns.

Small black patches on skin of scrotum can most probably be due to the following reasons:
Moles.
Post-dermatitis skin changes.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
You age?
Any symptoms like:
Itching, recent increase in size, shape, edge, color or anything else?
Are these present for a long time/since birth or developed recently?
Any skin disease that you suffered or suffering?

Please post clear and focused pictures of the affected area.

Age 28, no itching, doesnt seems any changes, i noticed couple of them in child hood but dont remeber the counts currently it is 6-7.no skin disease. It is kind of with skin and not bumpy. Please find attached photo

These are simply moles and should be bothered only if there are any changes as mentioned above.
Watch out for the changes and if noticed get a biopsy done, otherwise just keep under observation.
