Brief Answer:
Possible Causes

Detailed Answer:
There are a few possibilities. One is a dry scalp or Seborrheic Dermatitis and a resulting dandruff. If so I recommend over the counter Anti-Dandruff Shampoo. You may also be suffering from Tinea Capitis or Ringworm Infection. The name is misleading it is actually a fungal infection. Are you showing up with patches of of hair missing, how long has this been going on for? Another possibility is head lice. Have you been able to visualize any jumping near microscopic tiny insects upon your head? There are other posssibliites, but these would require me understanding your medical history and how long you've been suffering from these problems. If it is not significant, and just a mild disturbance; then I suggest attempting anti-dandruff shampoo; and if your symptoms continue to see a physician (Primary Care or Dermatologist) who can better hone in on what exactly is causing the symptoms. If it is causing you great distress, I recommend seeing a physician at your earliest convenience. Best of Luck.
