Question : Hi, my husband suffers from a very itchy and flaky scrotem to the point where he looses sleep and it has been like this for years. Also after wiping several times after bowel movements blood appears on toilet paper. What could be the cause of this and how can I fix it

Probably he has developed tinea cruris. A fungal infection.
