Question : Hi, I have fingerlike projections on only one side (my right) but on the outer portion of my labia minora. They vary in size, sometimes itch slightly and very randomly (usually when I think about them) I was afraid they were genital warts, but all the photos I come across just don't look like it. They aren't sore or changing into sores. Just very odd looking.

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be genital warts. They seem to be filiform variety of warts.

I would recommend you to consult a dermatologist and get them removed by chemical cauterization.

Is this something that only a dermatologist can do or can i go to planned parenthood? I dont have insurance.

The treatment will be done by a dermatologist but you can go for planned parenthood.

The only thing is avoid going for normal delivery and go for cesarean section.
