Question : I am a 83 year old male and have had increasing annoying itchy nipples. I have been to a dermatologist
who has prescribed many different salves, none of which have helped. Any suggestions? Could I have
Gynecomastia? My breasts have gotten flabby in recent years and I am a bit overweight.

I understand your concern.

This could be possible age related senile Gynecomastia.

Certainly seen in elderly individuals,as flabby masses.

Itchiness can be any associated fungal infection.

This can be treated through topical antifungal ointments like Terbinafine or Clotrimazole Taken under doctor;s prescription.
