Brief Answer:
Seems to be eczematous reaction, use steroid cream and antihistaminic table
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like some eczematous reaction.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to use steroid cream like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks and and take antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine 4 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Besides this, don't use deodorant , depilatory creams, dettol or any chemical over the affected areas.
Don't wear synthetic or tight clothes.
