Question : In my testes area, there are pimples kind of thing. Its spherical in size. No pus and no pain, but itching is there. what shall i do?

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through hour query and i have reviewed the image.

These are small sebaceous cysts which are accumulations of secretions of sebaceous glands. They may or may not slowly increase in size. They are just of a cosmetic concern. Treatment is surgical removal.

Hi.

Although they ae just a cosmetic concern and can be left alone however if removal is desired it would be a minor surgical procedure under local anesthesia,either simple excision or excision followed by cauterization. Since it is a minor procedure it would not cost much. For exact cost you need to inquire from your local doctor.
