Question : Hi, It started with pimples on my face and now its increasing day by day and i have burning sensation, light pain and itching, please suggest what to do. I applied T-bact from last 2 days but no use. Or is it some other serious problem. I am worried now as its increasing from last 2 days
Brief Answer:
picture of your face is required
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I need to have a picture of your face to analyse the problems myself.
From what you are describing, it seems to be infection of face skin.
Treatment is based on clinical evaluation. Oral antibiotics might be needed.
Avoid cosmetics.
Looking forward to have the requested photo in.

I have attached face pics
Brief Answer:
Follow the steps below;if no improvement in few days, consult dermatologist
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for providing the pics.
I have gone through them and noted the pimples. The are indicating infected hair follicle. If T-bact is not helping, I advise to:
- wash your face with warm water and sulphide soap (can find OTC)
- rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
- dry well
- apply oxygenated water only on the pimples (not in other areas)
- then, apply iodine
- then, apply Gentamycin cream (it can be sold over the counter)
Burning/itching is showing possible allergic reaction to T-bact.
If no improvement within a few days, should start oral antibiotics. For that, you need prescription from your dermatologist.
Hope it was of help!
