Hello. Thank you for writing to us,

I am Dr.Kakkar (Dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have reviewed the image.

I can see pin head sized, numerous, grouped, raised lesions/bumps in this image. These itchy bumps seem eczematous in nature.

I suggest you use an intensive moisturizer e.g Venusia XXXXXXX lotion. Use it twice or thrice daily.
In addition, I'd suggest you use a potent topical steroid e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream (Tenovate cream), twice daily.

Also, take a tablet of cetirizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
