Brief Answer:
Allergic rash (urticaria) most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely a allergic rash (urticaria).
For such case in my patient, i will give hydrocortisone injection and antihistamine for 5 days.

Local calamine lotion application also will be helpful for soothing.

If high fever is there or condition persists, then a complete blood count and platelet count should be done also.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
