Question : Extremely itchy rash on head, neck, spread to shoulders, around front to breasts (where it looks like sunburn). Had this for some time now, and no matter what I try, can't get rid of it.
It is truly driving me insane. Any ideas?

I have gone through the details and feel that you are suffering from some sort of dermatitis which is likely to have an allergic component. You are already getting the treatment you needed to be given. Instead of Benadryl, I would suggest taking cetirizine tablet (available over the counter) once at night for a few days. Also evaluate if it is due to contact with certain clothes, chemicals or certain things that the itchiness and rashes are appearing. Avoid use of soap. Check if your urine is high colored. I would suggest you to get a dermatological opinion.
