Brief Answer:
Probably a ringworm infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam!

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

I understand your concern. After taking a look at the picture,I think it is a ringworm infection.

You can use over the counter antifungal cream containing Clotrimazole or miconazole to get rid of it.Apply antifungal cream beyond the edge or border of the rash.

If your rash does not clear after you have tried different topical antifungals, or if the infection is widespread, you may need prescription antifungal pills.

Hope this helps.Feel free to ask more.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,

Thank you for writing back.

Using antifungal tablets and creams for a specified duration and dosage generally gives you relief.Since you still have these infections,I would ask you to go for a skin KOH test to look for specific fungi and treat once again accordingly.Complete the full course of treatment. If the full course is not completed, the infection may reoccur.

Meanwhile you can give a try to use Phytozine containing Tolnaftate which has seemed to have strong antifungal effect.

Hope this helps.Feel free to ask more.
