itching skin treat with tinactin or lamsil
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your medical question
I need to know more information about the rash. Is the rash just in the fold of your skin like in the underarms and in the groin area around your genital area? If you could down load pictures it would be most helpful
Is it uniformly red or does it have a distinct border with the area around it with the center less red?
This type of rash is seen with fungal infections in between skin folds. It is very common and happens during warm times of year or with exercise. In my practice I use Tinactin or Lamisil to treat the fungal infection.
If this is not a fungal infection then I recommend a small dose of topical hydrocortisone cream to help the itch.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM again with more information.
I believe there is a link to push that allows you to down load your pictures and attach them to your query.
From your description I still would like to see your rash to better diagnose the area.
In the mean time I may recommend you apply hydrocortisone cream to the areas and avoid using antiperspirant or other products in those areas
