Question : I am having severe issues with skin on hands including an itchy rash with bumps and apperance of peeling. It has been going on for about a year seems to worsen near cycle. Internal doc says fungus and eczema with no relief from treatment options. It is now on both hand mostly on the right hand

It is looking like fungal infection.
I would like to know which antifungals you have tried ?
The medication list you have provided contains only steroid and antibiotics.
I treat such cases with oral antifungals and have seen good results within a week.

Diflucan, is it typical for it to continue to come back and re occur?

Thanks for the follow up.
Fungal infections are sometimes resistant to diflucan.
Treatment with higher antifungals is required in such cases.
I treat such cases with capsule itraconazole and topical clotrimazole.
It gives excellent response within two weeks.
You can try this in consultation with your doctor.
