Question: had the flu about 3 months ago and i got an ichie rash that i cant get rid of . the dr i went to said it was eczema. i uae the med he gave me, it helps that spot, but then it moves to another spot, only on the upper part of my body i take two alergy pills a day at night when i lay down i wheez and cough please help thank you XXXXXXX

You have taken correct medicines for skin lesion.
Since you are still having the skin lesion, after all oral drugs and topical cream, better to get done biopsy of the lesion and histopathological examination of skin tissue.
This will diagnose your lesion.
For your wheezing and cough in night, better to get done PFT(Pulmonary Function Test) to rule out bronchitis.
Post infectious bronchitis is common after viral upper respiratory tract infection (flu).
So better to get done PFT.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators for this.
