Brief Answer:
Seems to be viral rash, antihistaminic and calamine lotion

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Healthcaremagic
According to your complaints it seems to be a viral rash.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg twice daily and apply soothing lotion like calamine lotion on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days.
If you find the symptoms getting worse then definitely consult a doctor.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
