Question : I have an itchy rash all over my body for a week. I think it's an allergic reaction but it keeps me up at night. What can I do? It's not blustery and not on my face, hands or feet.

I treat such cases with a mild steroid cream like cortisone to be applied twice daily for a week, also continue with antihistamine tablet.
This should give you relief.
The cream is available over the counter.
